- All Dhow Cruise Dinner bookings are subject to availability, with confirmed reservations made available via email or phone.
- It is advised to book in advance in order to secure the date and time that best fits with your plans.
- Any changes to a booking, such as changes to date, time or number of guests should be communicated at least 24 hours before its scheduled cruise date.
- As with any booking, full payment for our Dhow Cruise Dinner must be paid up front and we accept various forms of payment methods including credit/debit cards.
- Prices may change without prior notification, although any confirmed bookings won’t be affected by any price adjustments.
- Arrive at the designated boarding point at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
- The Dhow Cruise will depart as scheduled, and no refunds will be granted in case of late arrivals or no-shows.
- In the event of adverse weather or unforeseeable circumstances, a cruise may need to be rescheduled or cancelled and guests notified in advance with refund or rescheduling options provided.
- Guests must conduct themselves in a polite and considerate manner towards fellow passengers, crew members and staff throughout their cruise journey.
- Safety is of utmost importance, and guests must abide by the safety instructions issued by our crew.
- We cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, injury or theft that may occur on a Dhow Cruise Dinner. Each guest is solely responsible for his/her own belongings.
